When in 2005, during common conversations in the dormitory, my colleagues and I plotted a vision about the future, we knew then that we would someday establish an engineering company in which, in a friendly atmosphere, technical problems would be solved.
Already in the course of our professional career, working as ship engineers, we began to pay attention to a problem of a completely different nature. Namely, it was about the following climate change, and everywhere we went during our naval wanderings, there was talk about how these changes were affecting the lives of local people. As the saying goes “if you want to fix the world start with yourself”, seemingly trivial but how true. After all, we were sailing on vessels powered by very powerful engines that emitted huge amounts of exhaust, on top of that exhaust that was not cleaned to any degree. Thus was born the idea for a business in which we could use our many years of technical experience for the benefit of the environment. Years passed, the acquired experience in offshore projects allowed us to familiarize ourselves with the industry’s procedures and quality standards. In the meantime, Tomasz wrote his master’s thesis “Calculation and design of exhaust gas cleaning system for CAT 3516B engine”, and Kamil supervised the installation of an exhaust gas cleaning system on one of the ships.
The vision that smoldered in the heads of those seen in the photo taken in 2007 became a reality ten years later. That’s how ECOEXHAUST was founded in 2017. Since then, we have been using our knowledge to create exhaust gas treatment systems that are made according to “the art.”
Our experience allows us to select the appropriate flue gas cleaning technology for any industry. Proper selection of the parameters of a particular operating system allows us to minimize costs while maintaining high efficiency of purification.
Today’s industry is extremely diverse and requires a diverse range of offerings. We consider each of our projects individually. Taking into account the operating characteristics of a given engine, the type of fuel it is powered by and, most importantly, the customer’s requirements, we are able to obtain satisfactory results both in such thriving sectors as co-generation and CO2 fertilization of greenhouses, as well as in industries providing electricity (emergency generators, biogas engines) or in sectors related to transport (marine industry, inland shipping) Thanks to innovative design support tools, internal testing and company management, we are able to offer the highest quality and competitive prices.
